TNN Bioactor is a scientific collection of a group of microbes consisting mainly of bacterias from various sources. It is cultured from naturally occurring micro-organisms and involves no genetic manipulation. It is produced by a fermentation procedure in bioreactors, which yield a concentrated bacterial compound stored in an appropriate media. Each gram contains at least 200 million nitrogen fixing micro-organisms and 50 million each of phosphorus and potassium liberating micro-organisms. It also contains an abundant amount of micronutrients such as Molybdenum (Mo), Boron (B), Calcium (Ca), and Iron (Fe). The final product contains 85% of effective micro-organisms with the remainder being dormant.
TNN Bioactor is a multi functional microbial fertilizer that has undergone more than 10 years of development. It has been proven to be effective on many types of crops and plants in field trials undertaken over the 10 years of development. It caused an increase of 15 to 30% production on over 100 species and varieties of crops with a reduction of 30 to 50% of nitrogen fertilizer. A flavour improvement was evident in various fruit crops such as apple, grape, oranges etc, and an early harvest time of many fruits and vegetables was also seen.

How TNN Bioactor Works
The growth of the plant basically requires three major elements, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) with a balanced amount of other macro and trace elements. TNN Bioactor fixes nitrogen from the air and frees bound up phosphorus and potassium from the soil, making them biologically available to plants.

 

The key technology of TNN Bioactor is that it artificially induces nitrogen-fixing nodules on non-leguminous plants.
While not replacing chemical fertilizers, TNN Bioactor supplements them, and by doing so, reduces the negative environmental consequences of heavy fertilizer use, at the same time maintaining or increasing yields and quality. 

 

 Methods Of Application
TNN Bioactor can be applied in a powdered compound form or in a convenient liquid. Your TNN Consultant can assist you with the rate of application depending on the crop and conditions. Some of the methods of use are listed below.
1                    Seed dressing – can be applied to any kind of seed.
2                    Base fertilizer – can be applied widely to any kind of plant.
3                    Root Soaking – dip the roots of seedlings into liquid solution while transplanting.
4                    Foliar spray – can be applied widely, especially suitable for fruit trees, vegetables, flowers and lawns, crops and pastures.
5                    Root irrigation – can be applied widely, especially suitable for perennial plants.
