SAFETY-
All Beaver straps comply with Australian Cargo Restraint System Standards AS/NZ 4380;2001
QUALITY-
100% heat set stretched & polyurethane impregnated blue polyester . Meaning that you are assured to get low strain, long life, wear resistant , durable straps that are demanded in flatbed tie down.
TRACABLILITY-
All of our Beaver straps are completely traceable. They come complete with blue polyester safety labels identifying the manufacturer, the materials used, the standard, date of manufacture and the length. Also included is the serial number & this along with the date of manufacture are stitched into the webbing for safe keeping.
TESTING-
All of the tie down assembly batches are subjected to a high level of testing criteria in a NATA laboratory throughout the manufacturing process. This is in order to verify their lashing capacitates. Each assembly can be traced back to this batch testing by their serial number.
USER FRIENDLY VISUAL FEATURES-
The lashing capacity is stencilled onto the webbing and to the 2 protective sleeves and so is made highly visible to the user. Black stripes woven into the webbing indicates the Maximum Breaking Strain (i.e 4 stripes means 4,000kg, 10 stripes 10, 000kg).
FLEXIBILITY-
All Beaver straps come complete with standard hooks & keepers, they are clearly marked with lashing capacity and I.D marks. Longer lengths of webbing, different widths together with an abundance if various fittings are also available on request and are made to order.
